Produktkanzlei and GLOBALNORM

Offering customers 360° service

Globalnorm GmbH and Produktkanzlei have been working together very successfully on various joint customer projects for some time now. This cooperation will now be intensified in the future through even closer collaboration.

Globalnorm offers technical product compliance consulting as well as material compliance consulting, the service as EU authorized representative (especially for non-manufacturers), product compliance management consulting as well as software solutions for standards management with the GLOBALnorm system and the product compliance portal ROGER WILLCO, which provides information on the respective legal market access requirements in third countries.

The Product Law Firm supports and assists economic players, conformity assessment bodies, research institutions and associations with all product law issues. Its aim is to be able to answer any product law question in the non-food sector with its specific know-how. The product law firm has broad international (expert) networks, so that the product law firm's team is not only quickly aware of legal developments, but also other changes in the market.

"This cooperation enables us to offer our clients our comprehensive "full service" in all phases of the product life cycle. We have a strong team of lawyers specializing in product law at our side," says Managing Director Michael Loerzer.

Founding partner Dr. Carsten Schucht is also pleased about the intensification of the cooperation: "Product safety law is technical law, which means that law and standardization regularly have to be considered together. The direct line to Michael Loerzer and his team of proven experts also helps our clients and us when it comes to technical issues such as risk analyses or conformity assessment procedures. The fact that the two firms are almost neighbors in Berlin also allows us to engage in important and sometimes spontaneous personal exchanges."
