An exciting career path

After training as a hotel specialist at the renowned Waldorf Astoria Berlin, Maya Loerzer initially pursued her career consistently and developed into a human resources manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg. She also enriched her profile with a trainee teacher certificate, which rounded off her expertise in personnel development. She is also no stranger to GLOBALNORM: she has been part of the team since the end of 2019 - first as Project Coordinator, then as Project & HR Manager and since April 2023 in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Manager Academy & HR.

Her previous activities show an impressive development and now she is taking another step forward. As a new member of the Management Board, she will continue to shape the strategic direction of the company.

With experience in project, personnel and financial management, Maya Loerzer brings together a rare combination of professional expertise and people skills.

She already manages the planning, coordination and implementation of the GLOBALNORM ACADEMY division's diverse training programs and is responsible for Human Resources. Her focus is on strategic and operational HR support, from recruiting new talent and developing existing employees to designing HR processes and guidelines.

As CFO, she is by now also responsible for key financial flows and corporate management. Her responsibilities are now supplemented by strategic management tasks.
