_{^{* For the two GLOBALNORM face-to-face events, the 12th GLOBALNORM Product Compliance Conference 11/2023 in Berlin and the Product Compliance Officer “PCO” course in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024 02/2024 in Frankfurt, the participants were asked to complete a feedback form on the respective face-to-face events on site by the employees of Globalnorm GmbH and without the assistance of third parties. It was possible to rate several points from ++/very good/1 to --/very bad/5. 106 participants took part in the survey using the feedback form. All ratings submitted (from very good to very poor) were included in the evaluation. An average value was calculated from all the ratings given. The assessment points “Overall assessment and/or assessment of the event organization” were given a score of 1.3 for the 12th GLOBALNORM Product Compliance Conference and 1.4 for the Product Compliance Officer training course.}}
